Income Property Investors provides third-party brokerage services. We are currently specializing in the brokerage of self-storage in California, Nevada and Arizona.
In addition, from 1996 to May, 2002, IPI founder, Ken Weiner, brokered a number of manufactured housing communities (or, as they are more commonly known, mobile home parks).
IPI also does commercial brokerage upon request in order to support and collaborate with other commercial real estate investors.
Support for 1031 Exchange Buyers
IPI has been successful in helping facilitate 1031 exchange buyers to purchase new multifamily and self storage properties. At times, these agreements take the form of a tenant-in-common partnership; and other times, IPI acts simply as a third-party broker.
All IPI 1031 contracts are individually structured to meet the needs of the buyer and may include self storage, multifamily, or mobile home parks.
