Ken Weiner, President

Ken Weiner is the president and founder at Income Property Investments, Inc., and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the firm.

In his 30+ years in the real estate industry, Mr. Weiner has been involved in residential and commercial brokerage, property management and investment group formation. Mr. Weiner’s core area of expertise is in manufactured housing communities, but in recent years he has developed an expertise in multi-family and self storage. He has managed over four dozen different commercial properties and has formed 15 separate LLC partnerships to purchase commercial real estate properties. His most exciting project has been the international development and operations of self storge in Madrid, Spain.

Prior to founding IPI, Mr. Weiner served as co-founder at JK Investment Properties, Inc, an IPI affiliate where Weiner maintains his role as company president. Throughout his career, Mr. Weiner has been a leader in real estate investment and management projects, serving as a founding principal at Southwestern Equities Groups, Royal Palms Management, Ken Weiner Associates, Inc. and the nonprofit Nevada Self Storage Association. Mr. Weiner holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree from San Diego State University, as well as broker’s licenses in California and Nevada.
